Mark CVE-2025-27249 as NFU

Technically it is likely in the habanalabs Linux accel driver, the Intel
advisory references the 1.21.0 version of the habanalbs-dkms packages.
If though there is an issue in the Linux kernel affecting the driver the
Linux kernel CNA should assign a CVE.

As of this, consider the CVE specific to the habanalabs-dkms shipped by
Intel only and mark the issue NFU.
