Remove unrelated reference for luksmeta and add reference for pull request

RedHat confirmed that the Clevis patch mentioned is unrelated to
CVE-2025-11568. Instead the CVE is related directly how luksmeta handles
write requests to the gap between the luks metadata and the data itself.
There has now been filled a corresponding pull request upstream.
