Revert "one qemu issue fixed in sid"

	< mjt> hi!  jmm marked CVE-2024-8354 (#1082377) as fixed by
               qemu 3c3c2336 (v9.1.0).  And I closed the upstream
               issue with that commit too.  but this is wrong: that
               commit fixed a similar issue in ohci-hcd, while this one
               is in uhci-hcd, and it is still not fixed in current qemu
