Drop ignored tag for issue fixed sourcewise

We cover the indication of relation ship to linux-utils as well in
notes, so it is safe to remove the ignored tag in particular as source
wise we have the fix and so the tracker status will as well idicate it
as fixed with DLA 4527-1.
