Add new chromium issues

The scope is not very clear, one seems clear to affect only Google
Chrome on Windows (CVE-2026-6921), so marking it accordingly.
CVe-2026-6920 OTOH would mention Android specifically.

Peer review by chromium maintainer welcome.
