Drop glib2.0 from dla-needed.txt

The OSPU and SPU are tracked in data/next-oldstable-point-update.txt
and data/next-point-update.txt , see commits
b1d3e50ae0490e3ee1b31ce6d982779388237108 and
570e1664914b86951e74265110ee33f3ce39e5fa

The LTS upload for glib2.0 is done.... so time to remove this entry.
