Mark CVE-2026-41479 as not present in bookworm

The vulnerable core raises UnsupportedResponseTypeError with
redirect_uri argument which can be exploited.

In bookworm, the redirect_uri argument is not set, so it’s
not affected.

The redirect was added on 28 Apr 2025 (released as 1.6.0).
