Update status for CVE-2026-23918/apache2

Debian has already the fixes, as they got included due to the regression
found in the 2.4.66 update, and included in 2.4.66-3 (in experimental),
uploadd to unstable as 2.4.66-5, and for trixie in 2.4.66-1~deb13u2 and
bookworm in 2.4.66-1~deb12u2.
