Fix proposed update version for 7zip via bookworm-pu

Version downgraded before approved upload, as it could conflict with
e.g. the bookworm-backports versions. Those followed the p7zip->7zip
and 7zip->7zip+7zip-standalone transitions. Trixie also referenced
specific 7zip versions in debian/control. This OSPU, on the other
hand, sticks to the pre-transitions bookworm packaging for
stability/compatibility and better stay at v22+really25.
