Update status for two lxd and incus issues

CVE-2026-112816 was assigned by Canonical/Ubuntu for the LXD issue
corresponding to GHSA-xg75-xf37-cph9 for incus. As incus likely will get
a CVE from Github CNA, keep the two entries for now disitinct (or if
resolved by the two projects).
