Update status for CVE-2026-85091

It is currently believed that the overflow predates the introduction of
non-blocking operations. We err here on the safe side and keep this
marked as affected for trixie (and should ideally as well for bookworm
for now).

Some discussion in
https://github.com/madler/zlib/issues/1292#issuecomment-5562455575 . We
are waiting on upstream and maintainer confirmation on this.
