[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#262990: docbook2X: Command name conflict between docbook-utils and docbook2x packages

docbook2X and docbook-utils both have programs called docbook2man and
docbook2texi.  The docbook2X package renames the commands to
docbook2x-man and docbook2x-texi when the conflict occurs.  This is not
documented anywhere, and could result in bug reports relevant to
docbook-utils being ascribed to the docbook2X package. especially the
case where XML users will have their documents choke on parts of the
docbook-utils command chain.
