Because it requires libxml2 >= 2.6.15, which has an updated shlibs, i.e.
potentially blocking a lot of packages to migrate to testing.
I'm planning to make an upload of next upstream (probably due next week)
in unstable, though, after mass-mailing maintainers of packages inpacted
by that.
