[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#221220: XMLString::transcode failure: not able to reproduce

You report:

I am not able to reproduce this problem, but there is going to be a
new version of the packages coming out soon that fixes other
transcoder problems.  If you are still having the problem now (and it
didn't turn out to be a programming error that you fixed), then I will
ask you to retest after the new packages come out and, if you still
have a problem, to post the code and data that you use to reproduce
the problem.
