Package: docbook-utils
Severity: important
Version: 0.6.13-5

As the subject says, if I build docbook-utils using pbuilder, then the
resulting package has broken permissions on /usr/bin/db2html:

daniel@frobnitz:/var/cache/pbuildd$ dpkg-deb -c pool/d/docbook-utils/docbook-utils_0.6.13-5_all.deb |grep usr/bin
