[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#248910: xml-core: dh_installxmlcatalogs make unusable installation scripts

Hi,

Which version of sed are you using?  This is definitely not an issue with xml-core
(besides the possible need for a versioned dependency on sed).  We had this before
and then the issue was an old version of sed that didn't properly processed '\n'.
