When using AM_PATH_XML2 in a C++ program, the generated configure script
will always fail. This problem stems from placing xml2-config --cflags in
the CFLAGS variable rather than in the CPPFLAGS or CXXFLAGS variable.

Closes: 249033 250177
Changes:
libxml2 (2.6.10-2) unstable; urgency=low
.
* debian/watch: updated the watch file to exclude the cvs-snapshot from
the scope. Closes: #250177.
* debian/rules: rename libxml.m4 to libxml2.m4 in the /usr/share/aclocal
directory.
* libxml.m4: removed the AM_PATH_XML macro which is a macro for checking
libxml, not libxml2. Changed CFLAGS to CPPFLAGS from test compiles so
that using C++ also works. Closes: #249033.
