Hi,

wget ftp://ftp.jclark.com/pub/xml/expat.zip gives me 1.2 which is
included in OOo's source since a loong time... Any reason why this is
not yet packaged? Or just an oversight?

(I have interest in 1.2 since this is what OOo uses and I am working on
using this stuff external...)
