[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#279343: libxml2-python2.3: rename to python2.3-libxml2 ?

To improve naming consistency, I think libxml2-python2.3 should be
renamed to python2.3-libxml2. All other python extensions are
named pythonX.Y-module.
