[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#212249: docbook2html: not accepting \n as whitespace

This has nothing to do with docbook-utils.  The difference is that with 
an XML document, you get the &#13; things, with an SGML document, the 
leading whitespace is stripped.  Does anyone know whether that is the 
correct behavior?  Otherwise jade might be to blame.
