Package: docbook-utils
Version: 0.6.13-4

This used to work only a week or two ago, but broke after a 'apt-get
upgrade'. The x20AC appear to be the euro symbol stuff:

<![%xml.features;[

Indeed I can't. The euro sign appears correctly in the Postscript output,
both using the SGML and the XML version.
