[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#275206: docbook-utils: docbook2rtf not including images

Hello,

When converting a docbook sgml file to RTF the included images are
not in the created RTF file. The images are PNG files and are included
with the <figure><graphic fileref="filelocation"></figure>. When using
docbook2pdf the images are included in the created PDF file.
