[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#278313: libxercesicu26 has incorrect Depends: line

Version: 2.6.0-1

libcercesicu26 has follow control lines:

>Depends: libc6 (>= 2.3.2.ds1-4), libgcc1 (>= 1:3.4.1-3), libicu21c102, libstdc++5 (>= 1:3.3.4-1), libxerces26
>Conflicts: libxerces26

and these lines break dpkg with error message:

>dpkg: ../../main/packages.c:191: process_queue: Assertion `dependtry <= 4' failed.

so remove libxerces26 from Depends, dpkg works well.
