sorry i dont know if this is a bug in libxml2-dev or openoffice? 

building module jvmfwk expects the headers to be in /usr/include/libxml but
they exist in /usr/include/libxml2/libxml

The workaround is to make a link:
sun:/usr/include# ln -s libxml2/libxml /usr/include/libxml
