[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#270433: Should tell Docbook to FO stylesheets the paper size

xmlto should set the paper.type property to the paper size it detected.  At the
moment it detects that I want to use A4 paper, but the Docbook to XSL:FO
transformation defaults to US Letter.
