Bug#267001: [xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#267001: g++-3.4 fails to compile sources for libxerces25-dev

I am not able to reproduce this problem with g++-3.4.2.  Could you
verify that the latest version of g++-3.4 available in sid works for
you?  If you still have errors, please post the specific commands (or
modifications to debian/rules) you are using to build and the specific
error messages you're seeing.  All I did to test was

   apt-get source libxerces25-dev 

and change -cgcc -xg++ to -cgcc-3.4 -xg++-3.4 on the runConfigure
line.  Then running ./debian/rules build gets all the way through for
me with no errors.  (This is on ix86, but it looks like you also
reported from an ix86 system.)
