reassign 273226 libxml2
thanks

I checked the parse tree with a modified version of the xmlreader
example. The output of both files differs in the namespace uris of the
attributes.

0 1 {urn::test}item 1
-- 1 2 {http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns/}test [urn::test]
-- 1 2 {urn::test}test [test]
0 1 {urn::test}item 1
-- 1 2 {http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns/}xmlns [urn::test]
-- 1 2 {None}test [test]

So this bug belongs to libxml2.
