  No, I think it is version 1.1.14 of libxslt. On another
  project we have the same problems with using this library

  I have tried to find out how to do this for a couple of
  hours, and failed. I think it is better to contact the
  team that maintains the package. We can give them access
  to wotan and they can figure out what is going wrong.

  I have two more projects using this library, and they
  seem fine.
