[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#273961: libxml2: upstream 2.6.17 is released

libxml2 2.6.17 is released.  As I understand, it is also a dependency for the new GNOME 2.10 currently being 
scaffolded in experimental.  Would you be so kind as to package it and upload it to unstable?  Thanks!
