[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#327659: libxml2: 2.6.21-1 breaks xsltproc

Hi,

This appears to be somewhat arch-dependent.  It's definitely a problem
on powerpc, but appears to work on e.g. amd64.

For example, check the pattern of failures (and the logs) here:
