[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#347792: passivetex: no documentation, example do not work

There's no documentation for this package, except a directory
/usr/share/doc/passivetex/examples.  If the example directory is copied
to a writable location, the Makefile in it fails with

frank at riesling:~/examples$ make 
xsltproc teiu5-print.xsl teiu5.xml   > teiu5.fo 
warning: failed to load external entity "../../../Stylesheets/tei.xsl"
compilation error: file teiu5-print.xsl line 3 element import
xsl:import : unable to load ../../../Stylesheets/tei.xsl
make: *** [teiu5] Error 5


Invoking the second target that's made by "all" give slightly different
error:

frank at riesling:~/examples$ make teimath
xsltproc teimath-print.xsl teimath.xml   > teimath.fo 
warning: failed to load external entity "http://www.tei-c.org.uk/Stylesheets/tei.xsl"
compilation error: file teimath-print.xsl line 3 element import
xsl:import : unable to load http://www.tei-c.org.uk/Stylesheets/tei.xsl
make: *** [teimath] Error 5

There's no file tei.xsl anywhere in Debian, it seems.


Other targets in the Makefile give other interesting errors, like

frank at riesling:~/examples$ make test
TEXINPUTS=..: pdfxmltex test1.fot
This is pdfeTeX, Version 3.141592-1.21a-2.2 (Web2C 7.5.4)
entering extended mode
! I can't find file `test1.fot'.


Only one actually works (after gunzipping files), that's the darkness
target.
