[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#354816: db2latex-xsl: missing dependency on tetex-extra (package anysize.sty)

Hi,

latex files produced with db2latex-xsl stylsheets need the
package anysize.sty (which is not tetex-bin)

--> tetex-extra should be added in `Recommends'
