[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#398327: libxslt1.1: 1.1.18-1 sometimes segfaults, sometimes

I'm seeing this bug as well.  If I enable '--debug' the last
trace message before the segfault is:

freeing dictionary from stylesheet

and then gdb reports:

The handling of exslt function 'param's seems to have been broken
as well and I have seen xsltproc hang so there seem to have been
some major errors introduced by the above changes.
