Changes: 
 xmltex (1.9-11.2) unstable; urgency=low

   * Drop dependency and build-dependency on tetex-base, which no longer
     exists (and never made any sense anyway).  This makes xmltex
     installable again and will lower the severity of #419390 to
     important.

It is still an important bug to depend on tetex-bin and tetex-extra.
These are packages targetted at users, they are intended to provide
DWIM-upgrades from etch to lenny, and will for sure change the number of
packages they pull in.  In particular, the number of packages pulled in
will soon be reduced; in the worst case this bug will become RC again
after that.
