What I meant was that xsltproc apparently somehow used to be a 
dependency of docbook2x.  That is how it should be, since db2x_xsltproc 
requires it.  With 0.8.8 I had to add xsltproc to the build 
dependencies of my package explicitly.  That doesn't seem right.
