[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#420345: docbook2x: docbook2x-man fails in a clean chroot

Hello. Installing the new version of docbook2x in a clean chroot yields an
unfunctional package: 

  % docbook2x-man foo.docbook
  /usr/bin/db2x_xsltproc: could not execute /usr/bin/xsltproc
  /usr/bin/db2x_xsltproc: cannot use this XSLT processor --- try another one.
  Ran out of memory for input buffer at /usr/lib/perl5/XML/Parser/Expat.pm line 469.

One would say a dependency on xsltproc is missing.

This is making some packages FTBFS.
