As discussed on IRC if this is urgent I recommend working around it by
defining _LARGEFILE64_SOURCE along with _FILE_OFFSET_BITS. I'd rather
consult with upstream before fixing this which can sometimes take a
while. Please let me know if this is going to be a problem.
