Greetings from Mr. Steven Kayser,

My letter might come to you as a surprise due to the fact that we have not meet in person for the first time or even being in correspondence before, but I believe it takes just a day to know some either physically or by correspondence. I got your email contact through my personal search via internet.

My main reason of contacting you is to establish a good business relationship which you and I will benefit a lot from. My name is Mr. Steven Kayser, Account officer to Late Mr. Li Feng. Late Mr. Li Fend Deposited the sum of 5 million British pounds in our bank on July 1996. Unfortunately, he was involved in a plane crash.

My bank is ready to release the fund to any of the late Mr. Li Feng's relation who can provide the necessary documents of deposit to the bank as proof of his or her relationship with late Mr. Li. Now as I am writing to you, I have the necessary deposit documents which the bank will demand as proof of your relationship with late Mr. Li Feng. 

Recently, FSA sent a notification letter to our bank that after the next 21 days without any person coming for the claiming of the deposited fund that the fund would be confiscated as Drug money or fund deposited for  importation of armories, this is in accordance to the 1995 United  Kingdom Banking policy.

Now I am seeking for your cooperation to stand as a relative to late Mr. Li Feng so that the fund will be transferred to you thereafter you and I will share the money at the modality of 70% to me and 30% to you. With my position as the Account Auditor in my bank, I am assuring you that the five million British pounds will be released to you within a period of 7 days.

This deal is entirely risk free because I have all the necessary documents which the bank will demand from you before releasing the fund to you. All I need is your full cooperation.
