[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#482140: The error is when update-xmlcatalog is run "entity already registered"

The error that update-xmlcatalog seems to give is the following:

update-xmlcatalog: error: entity already registered

This is upgrading from etch -> lenny with the following procedure:

1. Install basic Etch + Desktop + Standard System using netinst
2. Edit /etc/apt/sources.list to change references to etch to lenny,
commenting out netinst CD lines
3. aptitude update
4. aptitude dist-upgrade
5. accept the first (and only) dependancy conflict resolution
