[xml/sgml-pkgs] Some [more] packages blocked for the gcc-defaults transition

Well, as it happens, I had an incomplete list. Here are some more
blocked packages. The ETA also slips a bit because of this; I'd kill to
have it done by Sunday, but beginnings of the week sounds more likely.
