I will go for an "and" not an "or". I will remove the 2 offending
entities in the postinst again and I will "fix" update-xmlcatalog and
make docbook-xml pre-depend on it. I hope, this will make sure, that
everything works. I will also check the Sarge package.

Yes, there I changed 2 entities. The other should ship only new
entities, not changed ones (at least those I maintain). But I will check
myself too (you did not test all :)).
