I had a more intensive look at Debian policy (and since you don't seem
to care) adjusted severity. I did not recheck if its fixed in the
current version (otherwise please close with the proper version)

Footnote 2:
... so the file `/usr/share/<package>/changelog.Debian.gz' must
    refer to the changelog for the current version of <package> in
    question.
