[xml/sgml-pkgs] libxml-parser-perl dependency on libwww-perl

I'm wondering libxml-parser-perl really needs to depend on
libwww-perl? It pulls in about 14MB of additional stuff, among other
things libwww-perl, which included large amount of totally irrelevant
stuff, like HTTP server and HTML parser!

Anyone know if dependency could be removed?

libxml-parser-perl is supposed to be a wrapper to libexpat, which
should do the most of the work?

Also, liburi-perl could also be questioned.
