Fixed. Please note, that the catalog system supports
http://docbook.org/..., but not http://www.docbook.org/... (I know, this
limitation should probably be solved somewhere in the future).

You can use http://docbook.org/xml/5.0/tools/db4-upgrade.xsl and the
catalog system will resolve this to the local file
(/usr/share/xml/docbook/stylesheet/docbook5/db4-upgrade.xsl).
