These are not errors. Everything went ok.

This is sgml-base from *experimental*. The Perl warning about
uninitialized values in $add or $remove for update-(sgml)catalog is
already fixed in my local SVN. The given "WARNING" message is correct:
update-catalog has been renamed to update-sgmlcatalog in experimental.
