[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#546442: libxml2: Relax-NG parser internal error due to externalRef (regression)

XML files that validated in the past no longer validate due to
an internal error in the Relax-NG parser. I've attached a simple
testcase. The archive contains the .rnc files, the corresponding
.rng files (converted from the .rnc files with trang) and a .xml
file. I get the following error:

$ xmllint --relaxng rngref.rng rngref.xml
rngref-ext.rng:5: element ref: Relax-NG parser error : Internal error: reference has content in CheckReference tcont
Relax-NG schema rngref.rng failed to compile
