[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#542564: xmlroff: uses libgnomeprint which is scheduled for removal

Upstream has said in the upstream bug report:

I'm not sure I get the question... does the Cairo backend use libgnomeprint or what?

Anyway, if they don't want to remove the libgnomeprint support, there should be
support for GtkPrint too, so that we can build that instead of libgnomeprint.

Also note that libgnomeprint is dead upstream, so it doesn't make sense for
xmlroff to keep using it...
