The United Nations in the recently concluded Convetion held in New York City. United States, voted unanimously  and approved under section UN. Resolution 2010: FRAUD AND SCAM VICTIM COMPENSATION. 556/0732/IMF-271.

This means that all fraud and Scam Victims, listed under the Fraud and Scam Victim Data Base are entitled to a one time settlement fee in the amount of $110,000.00. (One Hundred and Ten Thousand United States Dollars). No matter the lose suffered by  victim as a result of the scam.
For an efficient disembusement of this fund, the WORLD BANK has instructed that all victims are to be paid through WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER under the control of INTERNATIONAL MONETERY FUND, 
Your name is amoung the first on the list to be compensated as a fraud victim, and your Compensation has been approved and waiting to be collected. 
Swiss Central has issued a Gold Card 52930652 ******** in your name, and this card can only be actived with the 10 digit MONEY TRANSFER CONTROL NUMBER.(MTCN). This 10 digit code will be supplied to you, only after you have been validated by this Office.
