Package: xmlto
Version: 0.0.25-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

building X packages usually means running xmlto to generate
documentation, and the following message appeared recently:
| /usr/bin/xmlto: line 325: local: can only be used in a function

you can reproduce it by building e.g. libxi from unstable. Or
check its build logs:
  https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=libxi&suite=sid

Mraw,
KiBi.
