[xml/sgml-pkgs] Push a security update of libxml2 to stable/oldstable?

Hi all,

I would like to ask if it's possible to push a security update of
libxml2 to stable/oldstable? The package has got quite a few open
security issues[1] in stable. The issues are all fixed in unstable,
but I believe it worth a security update.
